Background
Cameron Fee brings a host of business experience to the table. He graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with degrees in accounting and finance. After working as an accountant at a large U.S. accounting firm, Cameron matriculated to St. John’s University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. (cum laude) and LL.M. (salutatorian).
Experience
Cameron began his legal career as a law clerk for two federal judges. After clerking, Cameron joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP, considered among the most prestigious law firms in the United States.
At Skadden, he focused his practice on business reorganizations and commercial litigation, and advised companies, hedge funds, and other acquirers in all aspects of corporate reorganizations and M&A. In 2020, he was recognized by the leading reorganization institute in the country as one of its “40 Under 40” honorees, which recognizes industry professionals who exemplify the highest standards of achievement at work and in their communities. In 2023, he left Skadden to join Citigroup, Inc. as an Assistant General Counsel.
Personal life
Cameron is an active real estate investor who has been involved in all aspects of residential real estate. He enjoys spending time with his family, eating Dr. Fee’s food, concerts, playing golf and chess, and snowboarding.
